Making A Bouquet Event

Make a bouquet --> receive rewards! Complete Dispatch Quests and Dungeon Raids to obtain Flower Petals. Once you have 5 pieces, you can obtain a Spring Flower and use it to obtain various items! Now get out there and go flower picking! 

How To Play

1. Complete Dispatch Quests for each Legion through Operation Site Quests
2. Obtain [Event] Spring Petal for each legion upon completing Dispatch Quests
