These specific memories—the little details that make your journey truly yours—are what make our world so special. Rules

  • Only one submission per person.
  • Submit one photo and one written memory alongside the photo in a single Discord post. More information below.
  • You may use an old photo from the past or you can take a new photo that symbolizes the memory. In general, the memory holds the most weight and the photo is a nice visual complement to the memory.
  • Using image editing software to retouch, add filters, color enhancements, or any other manipulation is not allowed. However, you may adjust the cropping, brightness, and contrast of your photos.
  • Do not post your photo in the Discord channel in a file format that is not compatible. Make sure your image is showing correctly in the channel. Tips on how to convert the photo are below.


How To Participate

1. Think of a very specific cherished memory you have had in-game throughout your time in Atreia. Like we mentioned above, it's the unique and personal moments that hold the most value. These specific memories—the little details that make your journey truly yours—are what we want you to share.

2. Take a photo using the in-game screenshot command (Print Screen button) or any screengrab program to take a picture. You may also use any cherished old photos from the game that you may have collected over the years. Choose a photo that complements your memory well!

The in-game screenshot tool takes .jpg photos. You should be able to post these directly to Discord. If you are using a separate tool and need to convert to .jpg, try using this site: https://cloudconvert.com

4. Post your photo in the #favorite-memories channel in the CREATIVE Category. If it is not showing up in your channel list, please click on "Channels & Roles" and then "Browse Channels" to find and enable the CREATIVE category.

5. When uploading your photo, please also type your character's name. This will be the character that is awarded the items if you win. Also write your memory in the same post as the photo. (5-6) sentences maximum please.

6. Each person may only submit one photo/memory during this contest. If you've submitted your first submission and have decided later during the event that you'd like to replace it, simply delete the old submission and upload the new one to the same channel.

7. On October 10, the top 3 submissions from both servers will be announced and the rewards will be sent to you in-game. Both the photos and written descriptions will be judged based on creativity and thought behind each memory. Rownen or Comet from the community team will reach out to you via Discord to discuss which reward you would like.
