Token-based Item Restoration Discontinued

We would like to inform you that we are discontinuing the token-based item restoration policy which has been handled by the Customer Service team. Although this policy was introduced many years ago, this policy was often abused and used to circumvent traditional game mechanics. This policy change will better align our Customer Service policies with the intended characteristics of the game.
Token Based Restoration Policy Termination Plan
- Policy Change Date: 01/27/2025 effective immediately.
- The Customer Service team will honor restoration requests that have been previously been submitted before 1/27/2025 at the posting time of this article. New restoration requests will be denied unless they involve extraordinary circumstances, such as cases of known game failure or genuine user error. Requests stemming from deliberate actions, such as chancing to improve an item, will not be considered.
