Are you ready to take the form of Kromede? In this new instance coming with Aion Classic 1.5, Daevas will transform into this fallen paragon to take on a unique set of challenges.

Entering Kromede’s Trial

To enter the trial, Level 37 ~ 44 Daevas need only visit one of the instance’s entrances. Elyos can enter through the Arbolu’s Haven NPC Raninia in Heiron, while Asmodians can enter through Bridget in Camp Kistenian in Beluslan.

Within the Trial

Your adventure through the trial will begin by enlisting the help of Rotan, a magical pet monster you may recognize from Fire Temple. With the help of Rotan, Kromede can begin her journey past the Gatekeeper and into the Temple.

However, the acquisition of Rotan’s help is only the first of many powers you will temporarily claim as you proceed through the trial to rescue Robstin, and reach the Kaliga Treasury.

In total, you will be able to obtain four objects of power. These items can be placed onto Quickbars and used just like skills. Their effects will be extremely useful within the trial, and there are no limits to the number of times you may use them. However, after two hours, they will disappear.

In addition to these items, there also exist special structures within the trial which will bestow unique buffs to those who interact with them.

Rewards

Progress through the trial, save Kromede’s love, and defeat either of the final bosses to complete the instance. At its conclusion, should you defeat Kaliga the Unjust, there is a chance you will obtain Kaliga’s Key – the instance’s most desired item; for with it, you can obtain one of the Fabled Grade Kaliga weapons for your class displayed in the large weapon cases within his chambers.

However, don’t take too long reaching his Treasury. Kaliga will be aware that you have escaped his temple, and certainly intends to make their escape before you arrive.
